DEV3 Domus is a WordPress theme for estate agencies, property developers and rental businesses. It pairs a calm editorial look (big serif headlines, warm paper tones, deep green accents) with rich scroll motion and one small 3D accent: a model house in the hero that turns as the page scrolls. The listings, search, agents and requests are ordinary WordPress content your team edits in the dashboard.

There is no public live demo. Watch the video tour at the top of this page, or step through the screenshots at desktop, tablet and phone sizes.

Property listings and search

  • Properties are a post type with price (plus a suffix such as "/ month" for rentals), status, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, parking, year built, address, coordinates, features, a gallery, an agent and an optional virtual-tour link.
  • Six statuses: For sale, For rent, New development, Under offer, Sold and Let agreed. They drive the card badges and the quick tabs on the archive.
  • Property Search (widget and block) filters by keyword or area, type, status, minimum and maximum price, beds and baths. Put it in the hero, on the archive, or on any page with results shown below the form.
  • The properties archive has status tabs (All, For sale, To rent, New homes), price sorting, type filters and a grid/list toggle.
  • Listings use plain post meta, so an importer that writes post meta can fill them from a feed.

The property page

  • Breadcrumbs, status, address and price above a photo mosaic with a keyboard-friendly lightbox.
  • Key facts with icons (beds, baths, area, parking, year built), the description and a features list.
  • A map that loads only after the visitor clicks (OpenStreetMap), so no third-party request happens on page load.
  • A sticky side card with the agent and a viewing request form.
  • A mortgage estimate with deposit, rate and term sliders (defaults in the Customizer, labelled as an illustration and not financial advice), or a rental affordability note for lettings. Similar homes follow.
  • RealEstateListing and RealEstateAgent structured data are printed automatically.

Agents, neighbourhoods and requests

  • Agents with role, phone, email and languages. Each agent page lists their homes.
  • Neighbourhood guides with area, average price, commute and highlights, plus the homes listed in that area.
  • A Sell / valuation page with process steps as sticky stacked cards, fees and a valuation form.
  • Viewing, valuation and contact requests are stored privately under Requests in the dashboard and emailed to the site admin; viewing requests also go to the listing's agent. Each form has a nonce, a honeypot and a rate limit. You can paste a Contact Form 7 or WPForms shortcode instead.

Motion, with one 3D accent

  • Every Elementor widget and container gets an Advanced → DEV3 Motion panel: reveal, stagger, split headings (lines, words or characters), mask wipes, parallax, counters, marquee, magnetic buttons, hover tilt, sticky stacked cards and a pinned horizontal-scroll section.
  • The demo uses split headings, a horizontal neighbourhood rail on the home page and stacked process cards on the Sell page. Pages fade between each other where the browser supports View Transitions.
  • The 3D model house (preset Domus · Model house) offers a modern villa with a pool or a gabled family house, a garden colour, lights on for dusk, idle spin and how far it turns while scrolling. It loads only when it comes near the screen, pauses offscreen and can be dragged.
  • Visitors who prefer reduced motion see the final state, and the 3D accent shows a still poster instead.

Seller services shop

  • A styled WooCommerce shop for seller services and guides: listing packages and photography (variable products with label swatches), a valuation report, and printed and PDF guides.
  • Mini-cart drawer, quick view and saved items come from the toolkit. The classic and block Cart and Checkout are both styled.

Edit everything

  • Every demo page is built with the free Elementor plugin. The DEV3 widget category includes Property Search, Item Facts, Request Form, Post Type Grid, Team Grid, Testimonials, Counter, Pricing, Timeline, FAQ, Contact / Map, Marquee, Magnetic Button, Kinetic Heading and the 3D Scene.
  • Every widget has a block-editor twin, and the theme adds 24 block patterns, so a site also works without Elementor.
  • Customizer: colours, self-hosted fonts (Instrument Serif and Geist), header (style, sticky, search, button), 3D and motion, footer, shop, blog, and a Domus listings section for the mortgage defaults, viewing form title and similar homes. Elementor's global colours and fonts follow.
  • Elementor Pro is supported (header, footer, single, archive and product Theme Builder locations) but not required. A child theme is included.

Performance and accessibility

  • three.js loads only on pages with the 3D accent, and only when the accent scrolls near. The motion module is about 6 KB gzip and loads only where motion is used.
  • Fonts are self-hosted and maps load only on click, so there are no external requests by default.
  • Skip link, focus rings, keyboard menus and lightbox, ARIA-live cart and search results, reduced-motion support and an RTL stylesheet. Includes a .pot file and wpml-config.xml.

What's in the download

  • dev3-domus.zip: the theme
  • dev3-domus-child.zip: the child theme
  • dev3-theme-toolkit.zip: the DEV3 Theme Toolkit plugin (post types, property search, requests, Elementor widgets and blocks, motion controls, WooCommerce extras, demo importer)
  • dev3-domus-demo-content.zip: the demo package, for reference
  • Documentation/: the HTML guide

The one-click demo imports "Domus Estates", a fictional agency: the pages, 14 listings across every status, 5 agents, 6 neighbourhood guides, 4 services, 4 sample testimonials, 6 journal posts and 6 WooCommerce products. Every image is rendered by the theme's own 3D renderer, and the agency, people and listings are fictional.
