What a clinic system needs to cover
- Front desk: patient registration with MRN numbers and duplicate detection, appointments, walk-ins and a live queue with a waiting-room display
- Clinical: a consultation workspace (EMR) with ICD-10 and ICD-11 search, e-prescriptions with QR verification and finalised notes with addenda
- Laboratory and pharmacy: result templates with reference ranges, a sample-to-publish workflow, batch stock and first-expiry-first-out dispensing
- Money: invoices built from visits, lab tests and medicines, split payments, refunds and reports exportable to CSV, Excel and PDF
- Patients: a portal for booking, prescriptions, published lab reports and invoices with online payment
Why multi-clinic matters
A multi-tenant design lets one installation serve many clinics, each with its own staff, branding, currency and language, while keeping their data separate. That is what lets you run several branches, or offer the software to other practices as a subscription service.
ClinicPro adds subscription plans with module gating for that case, plus nine roles from Super Admin to Patient with fine-grained permissions.
Hosting and requirements
ClinicPro needs Node.js 20.9 or newer and MongoDB 5 or newer (MongoDB Atlas works). Guides are included for AWS EC2 with Nginx and SSL, Vercel, Docker and MongoDB Atlas. It does not run on PHP-only shared hosting.
