Simple CRM and Lead Tracker

A free mini CRM with a drag-and-drop deal pipeline, contacts, notes, follow-up reminders and CSV import and export that stays in your browser.

Free, no sign-up. Runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

How to use the simple crm and lead tracker

A pipeline you can start using in a minute

This is a deliberately simple CRM for freelancers, agencies, shops and small sales teams that have outgrown a notes app but do not want another subscription. It opens with a sample pipeline so you can see how it works, then you replace the sample with your own leads.

How to use it

  1. Set up your stages. Choose Edit stages on the Pipeline tab. The defaults are Lead, Contacted, Proposal, Negotiation and Won, but you can rename, reorder, add or delete any of them to match how you really sell.
  2. Add deals with the field at the bottom of each column, then tap a card to set the contact, value, owner and expected close date. The currency label is free text, so use $, EUR, AED or anything else.
  3. Move deals by dragging a card to another stage, or with the arrow buttons on the card, which also work on touch screens.
  4. Log what happens. Every contact and deal has a timeline for notes, calls, emails and meetings, so you can see the history before you pick up the phone.
  5. Set follow-ups. Add a reminder with a date. Overdue and due-today items appear in a banner at the top and on the Reminders tab.
  6. Find things with search and the stage, owner, tag and follow-up filters. The summary cards recalculate for whatever you have filtered.

Importing and exporting

Export your contacts or deals as CSV for a spreadsheet, or import a CSV from another tool. Columns are matched by header name and you can correct each match before anything is added. A JSON backup captures everything, including notes and reminders, and restores it on any device.

Habits that keep a CRM useful

  • Give every open deal a next step and a date.
  • Log a note straight after each conversation, while you still remember it.
  • Review the Reminders tab first thing each day.
  • Move deals forward honestly. A stale Proposal column is more useful than a flattering one.

When you outgrow it

A browser tool is private and quick, but it is one person on one device. When you need shared pipelines, email sync, permissions and reports, DEV3 can build a CRM around your own process.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my customer data stored?

Only in your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account and nobody else can see it. Clearing site data removes it, so use the JSON backup regularly.

Can I rename and reorder pipeline stages?

Yes. Choose Edit stages on the Pipeline tab to rename, move, delete or add stages. When you delete a stage its deals move to the neighbouring stage, so nothing is lost.

How does the CSV import match my columns?

It reads the header row and matches columns to fields by name, for example Email, Phone, Company or Tags. You can change every match in a dropdown before importing, and contacts with an email that already exists are skipped.

Do the reminders send emails or notifications?

No. Reminders are shown inside the page: an overdue and due-today banner at the top and a Reminders tab sorted by date. Open the tool each morning as part of your routine.

How do I move deals on a phone?

Every card has previous and next arrow buttons, so you never need to drag. Tap a card to open it and edit its value, owner, close date, notes and reminders.

How many contacts can it hold?

Up to 2,000 contacts, 2,000 deals, 12 stages and 5,000 logged activities. That is plenty for a freelancer or small team, and it keeps the page quick and the backup small.
