How to use the appointment booking page maker
From opening hours to a shareable booking page
Many small businesses just need a place where customers can choose a time. This tool turns your weekly hours into a page with clear slots, and your customers do the picking.
Set it up
- Business details. Enter your business name, an optional intro and the message people see after booking.
- Time zone. Pick the zone your business works in. All slots are shown in it.
- Services. List up to ten, such as Haircut, Initial consultation or Boiler check. Visitors choose one when they book.
- Hours. Switch each weekday on or off and set opening and closing times. Add a daily break, for example lunch, and the slots inside it disappear.
- Slot length. Choose from 15 to 120 minutes. Every slot is the same length and holds one booking.
- Window and notice. Decide how many days ahead people can book, up to 60, and the minimum notice in hours so nobody books the slot you are about to start.
After you publish
You get a booking link to share on social profiles, in emails or as a QR code, and a private manage link. Visitors pick a day and a time, enter a name and an email or phone number, and receive an on-screen confirmation. You see every booking, sorted by date, on the manage page, where you can also cancel one, download a CSV or close bookings.
Things to know
- There are no automatic emails, so check the manage page regularly or note the link in your calendar.
- Because each slot has one booking, choose a slot length that matches your longest common service.
- Pages with no activity for 180 days are deleted along with their bookings.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a full booking system?
No, it is a deliberately simple free tool: one booking per time slot, no payments, no staff calendars, no reminders and no calendar sync. You check bookings on your manage link. For salons, spas and home services with payments and reminders, see DEV3 Balayo and DEV3 Lintelo.
Can two people book the same slot?
No. Each slot can be booked once. If two visitors choose the same time together, the second one is told the slot was just taken and asked to pick another.
Which time zone are the slots in?
The time zone you choose when you create the page. Visitors see times in that zone, and the page says so, which avoids confusion for people travelling.
How do I see and cancel bookings?
Open your private manage link. It lists bookings by date with the visitor name, contact and note. Cancel one to free its slot, export a CSV, or close bookings.
What personal data is stored?
The name, email or phone number and optional note a visitor enters, kept until you delete them. The public page is hidden from search engines, and DEV3 staff see only counts and page titles.
What stops spam bookings?
A hidden trap field, a minimum fill time, rate limits and the site captcha where enabled. Visitors can report a page, and you can limit the days ahead and notice time to keep it tidy.
