Event RSVP Page Maker

Create an event page with an RSVP form for guest counts and dietary notes, a private guest list with CSV export, and a calendar file guests can add. Free.

Free, no sign-up. The event and the RSVPs are stored on our server until you delete them (or after 180 days of no activity).

How to use the event rsvp page maker

An invitation people can answer in ten seconds

Group chats are poor at counting heads. An RSVP page gives your guests one link and gives you one list, with numbers you can trust when you order food or book the room.

Set up the event

  1. Name and description. Tell guests what to expect and what to bring.
  2. Date, time and time zone. The page shows the time in the zone you pick, which prevents mix-ups when guests travel or live elsewhere.
  3. Location. An address, a room name or a video call link.
  4. Capacity and party size. Set a total number of guests, or 0 for no limit, and the maximum people one RSVP can cover.
  5. Dietary question. Switch it on for catered events so allergies reach you early.

After you publish

You receive a public link for invitations and a private manage link. Put the public link in a message, a QR code or a poster. Guests can download the calendar file straight from the page, which cuts "what time was it again?" questions.

Running the guest list

The manage page totals Yes, Maybe and No and shows the guest count so you can see capacity at a glance. Download a CSV for caterers or door staff. Delete a duplicate or a cancelled RSVP with one click; the places are freed immediately.

Good practice

  • Close RSVPs with the "accepting" switch a few days before the event so your numbers stop moving.
  • Ask for the email only when you really need to contact people.
  • Remember that the page stores names, so delete it after the event; otherwise it disappears automatically after 180 days without activity.

Limits

Up to 1,000 RSVPs per page, ten guests per RSVP and no payments or tickets. For paid events and ticket scanning, a dedicated ticketing product is the right tool.

Frequently asked questions

What do guests see?

The event name, description, date and time in your chosen time zone, location, host, places left (if you set a capacity) and a short form: Yes, Maybe or No, their name, an optional email, number of guests and optional dietary needs.

How does capacity work?

Capacity counts guests, not RSVPs. A "Yes" for four people uses four places. When a new Yes would go over the limit the guest is told how many places are left and can reduce the number or answer Maybe.

What is the calendar file?

A standard .ics file with the start and end time in UTC, the location and a link back to the page. It opens in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. When you leave out the end time it assumes two hours.

Can I see who is coming?

Open your private manage link for the guest list with response, guest counts, dietary notes and messages, totals for Yes, Maybe and No, a CSV export and a button to delete any RSVP or the whole page.

Does it email guests?

No. There are no automatic emails or reminders. Share the link yourself and check the manage page. The email field is optional and only shown to you.

Is the page public in search engines?

No. Event pages are marked noindex and only people with the link find them. Guests and visitors can report a page, and DEV3 can disable pages that break the rules.
