Plan Pro puts personal money, company books and work planning in one Next.js app, built by DEV3 Technologies on Next.js 15 (App Router), React 19 and MongoDB. One account can run several workspaces (personal, company, clinic or other), each with its own books, base currency, categories and members, and an All workspaces view shows everything together. Beside the money there is a full planner: projects with a Gantt timeline, Kanban tasks, goals and OKRs, and a My Day page with habits.

Try it: the live demo is read-only and filled with fictional data, with one-click demo logins on the sign-in page (password Demo@12345): owner@planpro.test, admin@planpro.test, accountant@planpro.test and member@planpro.test.

Money

  • Multi-entity workspaces: Personal, Company, Clinic and Other, each with its own books, base currency, categories and members.
  • True multi-currency ledger in INR, USD, EUR, AED, JPY and KRW. Each transaction stores the original amount, the account amount and the base amount, with the day's exchange rate frozen; users can also enter their own rate.
  • Accounts: bank, cash, card, wallet, loan and trip-shared accounts with live balances.
  • Transactions: nested categories, tags, tax tags (GST, VAT, deductible), drafts, filters, CSV export, a receipt inbox and bank-statement import.
  • Budgets: monthly or annual, with optional rollover up to a cap and warnings near and over the limit.
  • Recurring items: salary, rent, subscriptions and SIPs that post automatically or remind you, and suggested subscriptions found in your history.
  • Loans & EMIs: reducing-balance and flat-rate loans, full amortisation schedules, EMI reminders, a prepayment simulator, and principal and interest posted to the ledger.
  • Assets & net worth: stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, crypto, gold, deposits, property (rental yield, equity after loans) and depreciating vehicles and equipment, with net worth split into liquid, illiquid, enterprise and liabilities and a month-end history.
  • Trips: a trip currency and budget, expenses in any currency split equally, by shares, by percentage or by exact amounts, settle-up suggestions, and your share posted to your own books.
  • Cash-flow forecast: a 90-day projection from recurring items, EMIs, open invoices and payroll, with a Monte Carlo range and the risk of running out of cash.
  • Financial statements: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and VAT/GST reports as PDF or CSV.
  • Optional AI scanning of receipts, bills and statements with your own AI key: up to 20 files at once become transactions in a review grid, with duplicates and refunds flagged. Without a key, receipts are stored and entered by hand.

Company operations

  • Clients & invoices: a six-step invoice builder with a live preview that matches the PDF, email delivery, partial payments, overdue tracking and multi-currency totals.
  • Employees & payroll: salary structures, monthly runs with pro-rating, PDF payslips and salaries posted to the ledger.
  • Expense claims: submit, approve or reject, then pay into the books.
  • Company debt: bank loans, director loans, credit lines and equipment finance, with cash runway.
  • Project revenue forecast & ROI: compound-growth scenarios, the break-even month and a portfolio view.
  • Team members: Owner, Admin, Accountant, Member and Viewer roles, invitations and permission checks on the server.

Work planning

  • Projects as cards, a list or a Gantt timeline with dependencies, budgets with spend tracking, links, notes and files.
  • Tasks on a Kanban board with your own stage names, a list view, checklists, estimates and timers, assignees, priorities and recurring task templates.
  • Goals & OKRs: weekly, quarterly, yearly and long-term goals with automatic, metric-based or manual progress, and a strategy map of how goals connect.
  • My Day: today's and overdue tasks, time blocks, quick add, habits with streaks, and an energy and focus log.
  • Insights and notes: completion trends, streaks, and private memo or checklist notes.

Platform

  • Offline mode with a service worker and an IndexedDB sync queue, PWA install, light and dark themes, adjustable fonts and accent colour, and a mobile layout with bottom navigation.
  • Secure sign-in: passwords and emailed one-time codes are verified by the app's own routes, which hand the session layer a single-use two-minute login ticket; email verification, optional two-step sign-in, optional Google sign-in, session revocation and rate limits stored in MongoDB.
  • Alerts in-app, by email and web push, an email retry queue, and cron routes for exchange rates, prices, recurring posts, net-worth snapshots and overdue invoices.
  • S3- or R2-compatible file storage, or a local folder.
  • Read-only demo mode and one-click demo accounts.

What's in the package

  • Full TypeScript source (48 pages, 73 API routes and 39 Mongoose models), .env.example, README and HTML documentation.
  • A demo seeder that fills one demo database with about six months of fictional multi-currency data for every module, and refuses any database not named *_demo or *_test.
  • 15 Vitest test files (money, FX, budgets and rollover, periods, sign-in throttling and preferences).

Requirements

  • Node.js 20.9 or newer and npm
  • MongoDB 5 or newer
  • SMTP for production email (codes are printed to the console in development)
  • Optional: S3 or R2 storage, a Google OAuth client, and an AI API key for receipt and statement scanning and exchange-rate lookups
